A sample-collection video is on its way. Until then, follow the steps on the instruction card in your box.

Add your kit to your account
Sign in at dynova.health and enter the code from the box under My account → My kits. You can follow your kit and your report there.

Take your sample
Follow the steps on the instruction card in the box, in order. Take your time; it takes a few minutes.

Close the box and send it back
Place your sample in the box as the card shows, close the box and send it back as the card says. Once it's shipped, tap "I've shipped my sample" under My kits.

Your report in your account
Your report arrives in your account on average 2-4 weeks after your sample reaches the lab. You can follow the status under My account.
